There are several different ways to guarantee exclusivity with an IREA-AII franchise. If you want to ensure that you have no competition from other IREA-AII franchisees in your chosen area (no competition more fierce than those who have a product just as good as yours), consider obtaining a territorially exclusive franchise by city, region or country.
